Spring 2012 Community Garage Sale

We have scheduled Saturday April 28th and Sunday April 29th 2012 for a neighborhood garage sale.
An ad will be placed in the local newspapers, along with signs at the front of the community.
Residents wishing to participate will need to obtain a permit (only $1) from the City of St Cloud.
Last year we had quite a bit of traffic and many homeowners were able to earn some extra cash selling stuff they no longer needed.

We have posted the financial reports for November 2010 - March 2011 on the website, including the 2010 year end audit by the CPA.
Next HOA meeting is Thursday April 21st at 6:30 PM
We have a garage sale scheduled for Saturday April 30th & Sunday May 1st.
Also a reminder that the 2nd quarter HOA fees are now due.
